The good news about Kenya is that they are crazy about football. Not for there own national league though but the big 4 english clubs...
Never-mind, next year FC Köln will play Champions league and kick ass of ManU & Co ;)

Anyway, result of this football obsession is that in most bars are TVs showing any possible football match. And so did the hotel bar across street of my apartment. After some convincing (and due to lack of alternatives) the bar keeper switched to the match of Finland vs. Germany :)

Well, Wing and me were the only one cheering for Germany...and therefore focus point of a number of Kenyans gathering in the pub. People did not really had fun watching this match and seemed waiting....

It was about the 76th min of the match when the bar keeper could not hold back plenty of requests to switch channel...The crowed was obviously released finally having "their" team on the screen. The English team was playing Croatia since 11 minutes already...

A bit frustrated (Finland 3 - Germany 2 and only 14 min to play) Wing and me started to cheer for Croatia - which gave us some evil views of the Kenyans.

So we quickly paid the bill and went back home
