Kisumu/ Kakamega forrest

As not everyone is using facebook, I have to update this blog too....

Winga and I used the long weekend due to Moi-day for a short trip to Kisumu (Kenya's 3rd largest city). Though it's not yet clear if Kisumu is really a city or not.

Kisumu

Highlights of trip:
- Fresh Tilapia from Lake Victoria
- Matatu ride to Kakamega (22 individuals & 5 chicken in a 14 seater)
- Motorbike-taxi thru rainforest mud-road (1 bike, 3 people, 1 backpack)
- Safari-ants highway
- more fresh fish in Tin-house restaurant next to lake
